Specialty Stations can be added to any of our menus or by themselves.
Each station will have a “Station Attendant” to prepare your guests items to order.

Carving Station

Choose between:

Beef Tenderloin with Horseradish Sauce and Rolls

Tender slices of choice beef steak or chicken breast with water chestnuts, snow peas,
carrots, zucchini, broccoli, and mushrooms seasoned with teriyaki sauce.

Cheese filled tortellini and Penne Pasta
Alfredo Sauce
Marinara Sauce
Sun-Died Tomato Pesto
Caesar Salad
Warm Italian Bread

Mexican Station

Seasoned Ground Beef and Fajita Chicken Breast
Shredded Lettuce, Diced Tomatoes, Chopped Onions
